Presented by Boat Owners Warehouse, The Suncoast Boat Show returns to the luxurious waterfront at Marina Jacks to showcase an extraordinary selection of sportfishing, powerboats, and motor yachts. There will also be tents full of electronics, accessories, jewelry, art, and clothing in a festive atmosphere with food, drinks, music, and more!

 

Saturday, April 22nd, 10am | Brunch & Big Cats | Big Cat Habitat | 7101 Palmer Boulevard

Your morning of Brunch & Big Cats will include brunch created by Chef Jarek Dymek, delicious mimosas, a 30-minute “Yoga with Tigers” class, a special animal guest, and admission to stay and visit the park for the day from 12pm-4pm! Make sure to get your tickets ahead of time!

 

Saturday, April 22nd, 10am | Venice Sharks Tooth Festival | Centennial Park | 200 West Venice Ave

Get ready for an exciting day filled with live music, delicious food, and fun activities for the whole family! There will be an array of food trucks, a lively line-up of bands performing live music, vendors selling shark teeth and other beach-themed merchandise, an interactive shark-themed kids’ area, and much more!

 

Saturday, April 22nd, 1pm | Florida-Friendly Landscaping: Planting Trees for the Suncoast | Twin Lakes Park | 6700 Clark Road

The Suncoast region lost a substantial amount of trees due to Hurricane Ian. Join this class to learn about the trees that thrive in our region, with emphasis on native trees and avoidance of nuisance invasives. Upon completion of the presentation, participants will receive a native tree sapling for their landscape.

 

Sunday, April 23rd, 6pm | Siesta Key Drum Circle | Siesta Key Beach | 948 Beach Road

Watch the sun set as you listen to drummers and watch various Drum Circle regulars perform hula-hooping, fire spinning, and more. Bring your rhythm and a beach chair or blanket to relax and enjoy the eclectic crowd. This will begin about an hour before sunset just south of the main pavilion between lifeguard stand three and four.
