This is a beginner-friendly yoga session surrounded by our lovable goats. Space is limited and expected to sell out. Guests are asked to bring their own mats, towels, or blankets to use. This class is appropriate for ages 9-99. No experience is necessary. All guests under 16 must have a parent or guardian participate as well. Sorry no spectators but guests may have phones and cameras to capture the memories.
