Big Cat Habitat and Gulf Coast Sanctuary invite you to Yoga With Tigers, in collaboration with Erika Cain, RYT-200. Yoga With Tigers is an ongoing series in Sarasota, Florida.
Join us for a unique yoga experience, where tigers and other big cats will safely be in their habitats, as Erika guides participants through a yoga flow surrounded by the sounds of mother nature. This alignment-based class synchronizes breath with movement for you to deepen the mind-body connection and tune into your spirit animal. Practice is for most levels, so you can be gentle on the body if you choose. Allow yourself to be transformed by this flow as you immerse yourself in the outdoor environment and powerful energy of the animals.

Join us at the Bazaar on Apricot and Lime to learn how to create beautiful Suncatchers inspired by the salty air and beauty of Southern Florida! You will learn basic wire working and color design. Featuring driftwood collected at Gulf Coast beaches and up-cycled beads from vintage jewelry, these Suncatchers make a great gift for yourself or the artsy friend in your circle. $35 includes all materials, but feel free to bring your own jewelry to add to your design!
